Cocoa Industry Board Act

An act to repeal the Cocoa Marketing Law and to establish a Cocoa Industry Board charged with the duty of encouraging the developmentof the cocoa industry of the island, Regulating and controlling the growing, processing, purchase and sale of cocoa and for purposes incidental to or connected with the foregoing purposes.
