Ministry of Justice Adjusts Customer Service Hours Temporarily

Kingston, Jamaica – The Ministry of Justice is advising the public that due to ongoing remedial works at our offices at 61 Constant Spring Road, the operating hours for our Customer Service Branch will be temporarily adjusted.

Effective Monday, September 1, 2025 - Friday, September 12, 2025, the Customer Service Branch will operate during the following hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

We will resume normal operating hours on Monday, September 15, 2025. 

Despite the changes to our operating hours, our team remains committed to serving our valued customers. During this time, customers will still be able to:

  • Submit Expungement and Minister’s Marriage Licence applications
  • Collect their Minister’s Marriage Licences
  • Receive updates on submitted requests
  • Get assistance with general queries
